Alas Friends, Masquerade Pre-registration is now CLOSED. But all slots are not filled yet, so we will be able to offer at-con sign-ups. Based on the entries received, we will have around 10 slots available. Be advised that new sign-ups will only be taken on a first-come, first-served basis during the designated hours!

Cosplay Desk 411:
Location: Embassy Suites Hotel, near the Bergen room

General hours for questions:

• Friday: 3pm -- 8pm
• Saturday: 9am -- 11am

Pre-registration Check-In:

• Friday: 3pm -- 8pm
• Saturday: 9am -- 10am

On-site Sign-Up (space permitting):

• Friday: 3pm -- 8pm
• Saturday: 9am -- 10:30am

To sign up at the convention:

1. Read the above rules. You will be quizzed! ^_~
2. Show up with all members of your entry at the Cosplay Desk during Sign-Up hours listed above.
3. Fill out a few forms and set up your Rehearsal and Craftsmanship appointments. Turn in your CD.
4. You’ll get a few other instructions and then you’re set to go!

Points to note:

• All dialogue/skits must be prerecorded.

• Craftsmanship judging is optional.
• Pre-registered entries must confirm (ie. CHECK IN) your entry at the Cosplay Desk before attending Judging or Rehearsal. ^_^
